We require an Accounts Receivable Manager who will supervise the receipt of payment for client-provided products and services. The Accounts Receivable Manager is an entrepreneur and self-starter who will collaborate with our Controller to create and expand our business. This position will contact often with the vice president of finance and accounting and the senior leadership team. The ideal applicant would possess exceptional financial acumen, a love for sports and media entertainment, and expertise with fast expanding companies.

Qualifications:

• Drive continuous progress in receivables by directing the team toward initiatives that will earn Molex the most money (process and system based).
• Keeping track of cash transactions, following up on past-due accounts, credit risk monitoring, establishing up new clients, and monthly client credit evaluations are some of the responsibilities of a credit and collection officer.
• Maintains professional relationships with external and internal customers through efficient communication.
• Leads a team of account receivable specialists and is responsible for all aspects of credit and cash management.
• Ensure that all billing-related duties are appropriately allocated and completed by managing the billing team.
• For a timely and correct billing closure, prepare and evaluate all month-end billing/payment processes.
• Coaches, counsels, engages, and evaluates associate performance using the Crane intellectual capital process to lead, inspire, and develop talent throughout the company, including but not limited to immediate direct reports.
• In order to get the best outcomes, build strong business relationships with key stakeholders inside your organization, including risk, sales, and finance.
• By keeping the lines of communication open between internal and external auditors, audit operations may be completed quickly and efficiently.
• Manage nearby collection firms directly and participate in the outsourcing of receivables.

• Knowledge of accounting, ERP systems, and order-to-cash processes is important.
• Microsoft Office Suite knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (complex formulas, data analytics, pivot table, etc.)
