Assembler conducts assembly activities in a production setting according to predefined daily schedules using comprehensive standardized processes. Assemble items to ensure production requirements are fulfilled under the guidance of an Assembly Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Assembler, or Engineer.

Qualifications:

• Conventional machines and/or CNC (computerized numerical control) manufacturing equipment are used for activities such as cutting, punching, shaping, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping to produce manufactured parts, tools, or component assemblies.
• Establishes and operates a variety of equipment under the direction of an engineer in order to design and construct complete flying, developmental, and prototype microelectronic circuit assemblies.
• Organizes and arranges electronic components such as radar synchronizers, computers and roll servo units in line with schematics, wiring diagrams or other requirements using pre-drilled chassis and printed circuit boards.
• Placing brackets, gaskets, and silicone in accordance with trainer/work instructions, utilizing pneumatic equipment to insert screws
• By color code, coded label, or other associated identifying features, identifies and chooses different electrical components of suitable value or size, as shown on schematic wiring diagrams. As needed, identifies component terminal connections.
• Routes and connects wires and cables properly so that they are suitably accessible for removal and replacement and are mechanically attached, soldered, or welded in accordance with approved standards.
• An assembly process that uses a variety of hand and power tools, jigs/fixtures and other equipment to build components, assemblies or full units.
• This position demands the ability to recognize and identify all circuit symbols, wiring codes, and electrical components in order to construct a product from the ground up utilizing only drawings and schematics as guides.
• The work requires the assembly and replacement of prototype electronic subsystems, subunits, assemblies, components, wire harnesses, and cables.
• In order to fabricate and assemble microminiature circuit components, specialized resins, thermal compression die bonding, ultrasonic and parallel gap microwelding, and microsoldering techniques are used.

Skills:

• Candidates get intensive training for three days before employment (if performance level not met during the training, contractor will be released)
• Use a variety of materials, such as written and oral instructions (all in English), a supply list, a schematic of the anticipated journey, and so on.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues, departments, and the general public are all a component of the job description.
• Capable of problem-solving utilizing established techniques to complete simple jobs
• Possessing a Secondary Certificate or High School Diploma, or an equivalent mix of education and work experience, enables you to perform successfully in your career.
