Job Description

In order to take a brand’s conceptual framework and translate it into a concrete creative artifact, we need a highly skilled Art Director to design this collateral on our behalf. The Art Director is responsible for ensuring that all forms of advertising, including print, collateral, direct mail, ad circulars, and digital creative, consistently meet or exceed the company’s high standards. The Art Director will be expected to participate in both internal and cross-functional brainstorming meetings, so he or she should be well-versed in a variety of creative approaches and at ease articulating and defending artistic justifications.

Qualifications:

  • Attend kick-off meetings with our internal clients, manage project activities, and make suggestions for solutions to business needs.
  • Manage creative teams and projects from conception to flawless completion in collaboration with the Strategy, Campaigns, and Project Management departments.
  • Creative marketing for retailers and consumers, including the creation of promotional materials for use by the agency, its clients, and any prospective new clients.
  • Manage a team of designers and copywriters to produce marketing collateral that promotes the brand and increases sales.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of product specs and a working knowledge of promotional media vendors.
  • To deliver work that is consistent with your brand and gets results, follow your campaign’s guidelines.
  • Set the creative and stylistic vision and participate in the design of many projects and campaigns, delivering design solutions that encourage involvement and engagement.
  • Develop marketing-related creative for use across email, websites, online displays, and other channels as needed.
  • Achieve or exceed sales, customer retention, and customer acquisition targets.
  • Maintain the creative direction and expectations for certain projects, making sure they align with the client, brand, store, and overarching company goals.

Skills:

  • If you don’t have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design, advertising, or a closely related field, then you need to get one.
  • Able to work well with others and convey ideas clearly in meetings and in the field.
  • Motivating people to make positive changes in their lives and the world via the power of story and technology.
  • skill in brand building, including a firm understanding of how to incorporate a brand into each and every part of a marketing strategy.
  • The ability to get things done in a pinch without sacrificing quality or paying less attention to details. a cooperative and independent frame of mind.
