For this reason, we are looking for a skilled Analyst to join our team and create and deliver products that will let us communicate with customers through their preferred channels. The ideal applicant will be fluent in the Agile software delivery lifecycle and have experience on both the technical and business sides of app development. This person will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the Product Owner and the team.

Qualifications:

• involves making sure that the time required to complete each project dependency is clearly stated, recorded, and communicated.
• help establish if training is needed. Determine what kind of training is required, and work with trainers and educators to develop relevant content.
• Assists in the planning and implementing of Projects and Strategic initiatives of the Business Line Unit/Operations.
• On certain projects, communication may occur with the company, the development team, and the technology.
• Facilitates the identification, formulation, and documentation of business requirements and/or recommendations for resolving operational challenges.
• Analyzes, documents, and describes business needs that influence strategic efforts and/or business unit goals.
• In coordination with business partners and users, assists to ensure that critical strategic decisions are vetted and well thought out prior to implementation.
• Collecting, analyzing, and reporting performance data will aid the department in prioritizing its adjustments. Construction of Measures, Analysis, and Reporting.
• analyzes data from a wide variety of sources and applies uniform procedures to draw conclusions about performance.
• May help build business unit analytics, department or operational procedures, reporting, financial analysis, communicating, and/or strategic planning activities.

Skills:

• Ability to apply business and management concepts to strategic decision-making, resource management, and manufacturing.
• Superior familiarity with the inner workings of distribution, stock, and accounting.
• knowledge of corporate software is a plus, but familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
• Skills in attending to detail, communicating both orally and in writing, serving customers, and interacting well with others.
• Those interested must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or a closely connected field.
