An experienced Product Specialist helps our clients get the most out of their Time Management software. A significant part of your job is providing in-depth analysis and quick solutions/workarounds for client difficulties in areas such as time sheet computations and pay rules; interfaces; leave management; shift patterns and scheduling.

Qualifications:

• High levels of customer satisfaction as well as technical proficiency are supplied to both internal and external customers.

• Become the “voice of the customer” for internal teams when they’re developing and prioritizing the product road map for advertiser solutions.
• In order to get a good picture of the market, competitors, customers, and distribution methods for a product, this person helps.
• Create product documentation that can be utilized by both the company’s internal staff as well as its customers in order to facilitate mass solution adoption.
• It is possible for a professional to go to a customer’s site to do repairs, help or advise clients in performing repairs, or to start up items.
• Management of manufacturer back orders, termination of products and product substitution are among the responsibilities of this position Coordinates and communicates the project’s strategy with members of the Operations team on a daily basis.
• In order to deliver correct solutions to consumers, it is necessary to learn about, keep current with, and develop knowledge of relevant product offerings, scope papers, and current department rules and procedures.

Skills:
