Qualifications:

• Be knowledgeable about general spa/fitness services and programs.
• To provide a good experience and address any issues, the staff successfully communicates with the guests. At all times, provide guests with services that are courteous, prompt, and professional.
• emphasizes business development activities such as email list building, product knowledge, and exceeding salon sales targets.
• Signs for packages, tells the intended recipient, and confirms delivery. There will be some heavy lifting involved.
• Use cutting-edge methods for texturizing, coloring, and hair design at the salon where you’ll be working.
• A positive attitude and a welcoming tone on the phone are musts.
• Greeting members and guests as they enter the Spa and fielding any questions they may have.
• Take messages, schedule appointments, and offer callers in the salon recommendations for stylists.
• Earn hourly compensation plus retail commission in a fun and friendly environment.
• Provides outstanding service by collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.

Skills:

• a love of people and hospitality is a requirement.
• Educating customers and convincing them that you know what you’re talking about when it comes to hair care products is a winning combination.
• Maintain a customer-centric attitude in all dealings with guests.
• understanding of hair salons and the ability to schedule appointments with stylists
