The operations coordinator is the primary liaison between the office and the rest of the firm or organization, and is responsible for a variety of administrative activities. You will be responsible for reporting directly to the vice president and owner of the firm while working closely with a varied group of employees both in the office and on the road. Qualifications:
- You will be responsible for handling the contracts, purchase orders, finances, and monthly accruals of the research organization, as well as contributing to the research operations knowledge management tools and content.
- ERP capabilities that are in charge of modifying goods. Maintains accurate records of product information in the ERP database, helps to ensure that supply chain processes run smoothly with minimal disruptions, and keeps inventory from going bad by adhering to stock rotation guidelines and best practices.
- In order to be ahead of the curve on planned publications, the research publication team must coordinate with the appropriate parties, establish and implement standards and processes, get the required clearances, etc.
- These duties include, but are not limited to, representing and analyzing the research vendor management environment, providing performance and business supervision of existing vendors, and evaluating potential new vendors.
- Quickly and precisely complete tasks; communicate effectively with a wide range of constituents; compile complete and accurate leave paperwork; and coordinate the flow of work for several, simultaneous leaves.
- For the sake of resolving any service concerns and moving forward with the company’s strategic plan, it is important to keep all referral sources, both new and old, in the loop. Methods include, but are not limited to, requests for personnel data such as those related to salary, hours worked, employment status, disability and workers’ compensation benefits, vacation and jury duty pay, and similar things.
- Offers instruction and direction to employees in order to guarantee that transactions are processed accurately and quickly. This is accomplished by utilizing in-depth knowledge of policy and procedure in order to handle complex transactions and issues. Additionally, this position positively encourages the delivery of exceptional customer service, team sales referrals, and campaign participation.
- Scheduling and following up on appointments; documenting client and employee complaints and occurrences; doing follow-up investigations as asked; forwarding issues to the Office Administrator for resolution; processing invoicing and payroll paperwork within predetermined time limitations.
- Provide feedback to the state government and the central office; work with the state organizers and the logistics team to oversee event funding and the state budget; Monthly, compare actual costs with planned costs to make sure spending lines up with corporate promises.
- With the help of the logistics team and the state organizers, oversee the monthly state budget and the budget for special events. At the conclusion of each month, assist the national offices and state administrators with the findings of the actual vs. budget analysis.

- In addition to serving as a team’s functional and/or technical expert, this individual may be responsible for overseeing research operations, providing recommendations for the tactical implementation of initiatives and/or functional operations objectives, managing finances, processing relevant financial commitments, and lending support to functional financial planning.
