Qualifications:

• You’ll be giving advice to clients, teammates, and coworkers on how to solve business difficulties while also meeting brand and consumer needs. Work side-by-side with our Art Directors, Strategists, PMs, and Account Teams.
• Our Design team deserves and should be inspired by and used as a model for the creation of groundbreaking and innovative work that can be used by other designers.
• Make sure the creative idea is fully realized by working with the strategy and creative teams, as well as the product designers, motion designers, production team, and suppliers.
• You need to be confident in pursuing unconventional design solutions and advocating for forward-thinking ideas, and you need to have a clear design philosophy and a sense of the future.
• ensure that the projects you spearhead achieve more than they set out to and open up new avenues for growth inside the client’s business.
• Your primary responsibility as Brand Manager will be to maintain open lines of communication with the Creative, Marketing, Product, Editorial, and Affiliate teams to ensure the brand’s continued success.
• Creating and growing a collection of visual assets for use in advertising, marketing, and product-related activities.
• It is crucial that we develop, keep up, and fortify our brand standards in every way possible.
• Exhibit bravery and a drive to create order through imaginative investigation in the face of ambiguity. Conceive of and collaborate with creative directors on novel marketing ideas and experiences while juggling multiple projects.
• The designer takes an active role in every stage of the process, from initial concept through sample production, to ensure that the final product meets or exceeds expectations.

Skills:

• Confidence in oneself and the ability to adapt are crucial (from startups to corporations to schools and beyond). quick to pick up new skills and fill in when needed.
• capable of showing how aesthetic and communicative brand standards can be adhered to while still allowing for creative freedom in service to business goals.
• Proven expertise in leading campaigns and developing concepts with a focus on design; track record of success developing and executing integrated campaigns that make use of digital, social, and/or new media.
• Superior design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics; skillfully employs identity, typography, color, layout, and art.
• A body of work that incorporates various modes of expression, such as digital, experiential, retail, product/service design, and narrative.
