Qualifications:

  • Provide correct client service in a timely manner with a friendly disposition.
  • Assist with overseeing the upkeep of the property, which may include but is not limited to the equipment, offices, and production facilities.
  • This job requires data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing.
  • Organize, set up, and break down events and meetings for the local office both on- and off-site.
  • Assist with new employee orientations to ensure that staff are ready to succeed.
  • Organize office shipping requirements and plan mail distribution and pickup.
  • Scan, copy, label, and properly arrange documents and files using mailroom equipment.
  • Do your filing, scanning, copying, and labeling in record time by making use of the tools available in the mailroom.
  • Make sure that the restrooms, conference rooms, and break rooms are cleaned each day while collaborating with the janitorial staff.
  • As an example of administrative efforts and tasks, maintaining executive calendars and events, scheduling travel, managing communications, staffing the front desk, submitting expense reports, and maintaining supply levels come to mind.

Skills:

  • Reading, writing, and fundamental math skills are required.
  • The ability to function effectively in a constantly shifting work environment and excellent interpersonal skills are both necessary.
  • Possessing fundamental familiarity with computers and software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Capable of managing multiple high-priority projects concurrently and expertly.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks properly, manage deadlines, and keep company information current.
