Qualifications:

• In addition to adhering to GAAP and IRS regulations, accurate financial and tax records must also be maintained up-to-date. For the purpose of assuring the completion of yearly audits with little or no change, In order to protect the resources of your organization, implement and enforce internal control measures.
• Involve yourself directly in the development and maintenance of a complete work cost management system. Evaluate and advise via long-term planning, looking at new programs and initiatives, and regulatory measures.
• To protect the firm and assure compliance with financial and tax regulations, strengthen, monitor, and enforce a strong internal controls environment and correct financial reporting systems.. Risks in all commercial and organizational aspects may be anticipated by working closely with other departments.
• There are a number of important indicators and reporting tools that senior management may use to keep an eye on revenue and operational expenses.
• Drive organizational transformation via thorough financial analysis and strong commercial partnerships. Strategically collaborate with affiliates to ensure each client’s financial success. Create the forecast, budget, and long-term strategy, guaranteeing optimum resource allocation.
• Tracking monthly operational, capital, and project expenditure variations against objectives, predictions, and results from the prior year is one of your tasks, as is finding potential for savings.
• Be open to new ideas and ways of doing things, while also bringing a positive attitude and a sense of fun to the firm and its products. The applicant should be able to provide models and analyses that can identify major trends, aid in strategic decision-making, and provide a clearer picture of the future.
• Together with departmental czars, create and put into action innovative projects. The most crucial elements of the firm should be named and explained. In order to ensure the perfection of everyday service delivery and meet future needs, the accounting and finance teams must be directed.
