Qualifications:

• Manage the group’s financial and operational operations, such as acquisitions, revenue, invoicing, processing payables and expenses, and vendor contracts and agreements, with regard to policy adaption.
• Improve the billing and collection process by working with the customer support team, the media channel operators, and other external media partners.
• Improve the efficacy and efficiency of the department by examining present processes and, if necessary, making improvements.
• Aid in the evaluation of financial data; data conversion; further data gathering and report generation to assist in audits or acquisitions of businesses.
• Assist the controller, the finance department, and the business operations team members in enhancing accounting procedures on a continuing basis.
• Advising the regional controller on operational efficiency, financial regulations, and company strategy is a key responsibility of this position.
• By doing research and analyzing data, find the answers to accounting and financial issues.

Skills:

• It is essential to have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Preferable experience with data warehouses, MS Access, HFM, and other databases.
• Accounting experience of at least 4 years is necessary; knowledge in consolidations and investment accounting is preferable.
• Managing the in-transfer of some accounting activities, reviewing and improving processes & procedures, and coaching and developing the effectiveness of the accounting staff.
• It is necessary to show that you are knowledgeable with the appropriate laws, rules, and regulations as well as auditing techniques and standards.
• Have a solid track record of teamwork, and have the ability to perform, interpret, and convey thorough information analysis and assessment
