Job Description

It is necessary to have an Administrative Coordinator who is outgoing and upbeat. It is your responsibility to assist management and visitors to the company by doing office duties, providing polite and professional assistance by phone, mail or e-mail, arranging bookings or travel arrangements and overall being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Completes a wide range of administrative activities for the Division Head, such as maintaining the calendar, writing and preparing communications, creating agendas, and assembling records.
  • This category may encompass tasks like as accounting, payroll preparation and review, information management and storage systems for personnel files, supply requisitioning, and other administrative procedures.
  • Provides mail, files, schedules appointments, photocopies, faxes, and manages travel arrangements for members of the management team.
  • The Administrative Services job includes daily responsibilities such as receiving and escorting guests and visitors, assisting coworkers who are utilizing facilities, and running and maintaining services.
  • Builds and maintains standard communication procedures, such as document delivery overnight.
  • Responds to general inquiries through phone and email and routes them to the appropriate member of the project team as needed.
  • Handle cash receipts, petty cash, files, personnel records, and other administrative papers on a daily basis.
  • Investigates, prioritizes and follows up on all incoming problems and concerns, including those of a sensitive nature. The ability to plan and execute a timely and effective reaction is essential.
  • This is decided when a high-level person requires a face-to-face meeting. It’s a profession that demands a broad variety of skills, from basic to advanced.
  • Provides broad administrative assistance for projects, including word processing, photocopying, printing, faxing, and emailing.

Skills:

  • Office Software products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, as well as web-based tools, are required. Organize lengthy documents and databases.
  • Awareness and understanding of business and management ideas involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, modeling and administration of human resources, production methods and coordination of people and resources.
  • Shows the greatest customer/client service and responsiveness while handling sensitive information.
  • Two years of management experience and an associate degree
  • Extremely effective time management skills that show you can handle a lot of things at once and pay close attention to every detail.
