Seeking a seasoned office manager. This Office Administrator will provide operational and administrative support to the CEO and President’s office. The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, booking trips, and submitting expenses. The ideal candidate for the role of office administrator is someone who is fluent in English and has extensive experience with Microsoft Office.

  • Prepare for and carry out regular office get-togethers, special events, client and business development initiatives, and charitable events.
  • Administrative, clerical, recordkeeping, bookkeeping, file review, and support responsibilities are performed.
  • One can keep office services running by, among other things, designing office operations and procedures, managing communications, establishing filing systems, reviewing and approving requests for office supplies, assigning and overseeing clerical chores, and so on.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the office, including the secretarial, administrative, and clerical staff, as well as any other outside vendors used (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
  • Belongs to the firm’s administrative operations team, which works on projects and initiatives to improve the provision of services to both internal and external clients.
  • Maintain the building and its equipment, communicate with the local property management, and work along with the other tenants and key employees.
  • This position’s primary responsibility is to assist customers with questions about the branch’s policies, programs, and procedures; however, they may also be asked to make recommendations to upper management on occasion.
  • Among the more complex clerical tasks are typing messages and reports, processing forms, responding to inquiries, referring clients, and setting up appointments.
  • Keep the office safe from intruders and up to date with the firm’s legal business continuity obligations.
  • Supervises and oversees workers, including scheduling, timecards, and employee reviews.


  • Proven expertise at the top level in management, communication, and organization.
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and set priorities in a high-pressure, detail-oriented setting.
  • a background in managing people and projects in a professional service setting, plus seven years’ experience beyond entry-level management.
  • Maintaining efficiency and effectiveness while juggling competing goals and tight deadlines requires a certain degree of poise and maturity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and a quick study when it comes to learning new software
