We need an organized individual to take on a wide range of administrative and clerical duties as our new Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the company’s management and staff, aiding with routine office tasks, and overseeing the company’s general administrative functions. Among an administrative assistant’s many duties are scheduling meetings and trips, writing up minutes, and keeping records in order. Candidates should be detail-oriented, detail-oriented, and detail-oriented, as well as possessing great written and verbal communication skills and the ability to use MS Excel and other office equipment to keep their work organized.

  • assisting with departmental finances, handling expenditure reports, establishing and maintaining filing systems, and keeping other records.
  • Data creation, maintenance, and collection for conventional reports, charts, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Planning and coordinating events and meetings for teams and their leaders.
  • answering inquiries regarding the workings of the department. It may be necessary to do some investigating before tackling a problem or worry.
  • Ordering equipment and supplies; requesting repairs and services; monitoring and updating inventory, budget, and account records.
  • preparing and drafting paperwork, maintaining relevant databases and records, etc.
  • Tasks include greeting guests, asking for and giving out routine information, and processing walk-in requests, as well as answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and replying to questions.
  • Manage time-sensitive tasks, such as group benefits enrollment, cancellation, and change requests, and conduct routine audits of carrier billings and associated administrative support.
  • Having to cope with delicate material and issues
  • Planning and coordinating meeting arrangements including travel and lodging.


  • Excellent data entry abilities along with strong MS Office program competency and effective administration of duties.
  • Ability to adapt to change and develop new processes in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with enthusiasm.
  • experience using travel management tools for at least one year.
  • Some prior experience in an office/administrative environment is essential; healthcare industry expertise is beneficial but not required.
  • Powerful abilities in coordinating efforts and paying close attention to detail.
