Qualifications:

• Reacted to Property Management’s requests at all levels, including the creation of particular reports, financial analysis and system identification.
• Ensures compliance with the norms and directives of all regulatory authorities, both internal and external, by putting in place and maintaining effective accounting controls that are appropriate to satisfy this demand. Regulatory authorities might be internal or external.
• Responsible for planning, supervising, and assisting team members as they record, classify, and control financial transactions daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Establishes suitable revenue recognition and cost accrual methods that are adequate to keep firm assets under control.
• Financing Department initiatives, like as new software and system rollouts, may be aided by doing research, planning, and executing.
• Ensure that the process of filing tax returns and distributing quarterly tax payments is carried out in a timely and accurate manner by working with internal constituents as well as external tax consultants. This should be done with consideration given to local, state, and federal government requirements.
• Obligations include ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, preparing financial reports, advising management, and submitting financial reports as required.
• Maintains equipment inventories, evaluates new equipment and processes, establishes preventative maintenance standards, and negotiates service contracts to ensure appropriate operation.
• v Performs in-depth evaluations and analyses of both the budget and the financial reports, in addition to producing and generating recommendations and adjustments to the financial plan, as well as producing and generating financial reports. Skills:

• Minimum of ten years’ experience in accounting, auditing, and finance necessary, with a proven knowledge with accounting concepts and corporate taxes.

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, or finance preferred. Master’s degree or professional certificate preferred (such as a CPA or CMA).
• Applicants must have completed four years of college with a degree in accounting or have experience that is comparable. A minimum of five years’ worth of experience in accounting or a similar field, with at least one year spent in a supervisory role.
