In support of the Area Finance Manager, provides accounting and clerical support in order to give accurate and timely finance and accounting services.

Qualifications:

• Process and record credit card payments for the company.
• Employers look for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
• Processing and coding assistance for accounts payable invoices is needed.
• The amount of money you earn is governed by how long you’ve worked.
• Performing other clerical duties such as, filing, copying, and collating, and data entry for the accounting department is needed
• Prepare checks for the accounts payable department and send them to them.
• The applicant must have a working personal vehicle, as well as a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the proper insurance coverage required by the corporate policy.
• The General Accounting Manager has extra duties.
• Create, detect, check, and maintain computerized invoice files for Accounts Payable.
• With little direct supervision, the applicant should have great interpersonal skills, the ability to organize and handle a wide variety of tasks with precision, and a strong sense of deadlines.
