We’re searching for an experienced accounts payable clerk who will be in charge of processing all invoices for payment and ensuring that all creditors are paid accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Qualifications:

• Receipts and payments performed using credit cards must be analyzed and documented.
• An exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to plan and handle a variety of operations with accuracy and timeliness while working independently should be founded in the new applicant.
• Additional responsibilities are assigned by the General Accounting Manager.
• You must have a working personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the appropriate insurance coverage required by the company’s policy in order to be considered for this position.
• Create checks and send them to the accounts payable department.
• Accounts of Support Payment processing and coding are required.
• Do various clerical tasks for the Accounting department as needed, such as filing, copying, collating, and data entry.
• Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related profession are sought by employers.
• The applicant must be computer savvy, with experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and accounting database navigation.
• Create, detect, check, and maintain computerized invoice files for Accounts Payable.
