As an Accounting Associate, you will assist with monthly invoicing, customer collections, payroll, accounts payable, human resources tasks, and other administrative chores. You will play an integral role in a vibrant, modest but expanding team.

Qualifications:

• The duties of employees in this job category may include General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and/or Billing.
• It is in charge of producing and keeping up-to-date Excel spreadsheets to keep track of monthly costs that must be settled through the accounting system.
• Assist with month-end closing responsibilities such as journal entry, labor report preparation, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Uploading statements into the subsidiary platform is part of the data entry for commissions on direct bill payments.
• Processes receivables, ensures proper charge entries are made on schedule, and prepares deposits.
• Examine the transactions, supporting documentation, journal articles, and so on for accuracy, consistency, authorizations, and compliance. In accounting system transactions, keep a watch out for cleared and outstanding items.
• Keeping up with numerous accounting functions’ accounts and records.
• The capacity to effectively convey information to a variety of recipients, both within and beyond the organization.
• While coding, inputting, and creating invoices, responds to inquiries from clients and suppliers.
• Make journal entries for the cash flow, deposit checks, and make payments to the accounts receivable.

• Demonstrated ability to transform operational concerns into practical solutions.
• Making certain that the necessary entries are made in the proper accounts.
• A year’s worth of expertise in analyzing financial transactions to see if the necessary paperwork, calculations, codes, signatures, and laws and regulations were used.
• Calculation skills, such as discounts, commissions, ratios, percentages, and volumes, are a requirement for this position. The ability to do addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required.
