Job Description

We’re looking for an Accountant who’s committed and has previous experience to join our team. By following monthly close procedures, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements and accompanying documents and ensuring that all income, commissions and costs are recorded correctly each month. In addition to tax and financial audits, the accountant will help. In your role as an Accountant, you’ll help in the examination of monthly financial accounts and the preparation of reports on deviations. Tax returns and business reporting procedures will also fall under your responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• You must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least one to three years of relevant accounting experience to be considered for this job.
• Manage the flow of funds by analyzing payments, checking the paperwork, and approving the payout within the limitations and guidelines established for this role.
• For this job, you’ll need to be proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Access.
• If you want to interact with people at all levels of management, you must possess superior oral and writing communication skills.
• As part of their tasks, accountants must evaluate and synthesize data from several sources and monitor market conditions.
• Be a dedicated worker who won’t put up with shady business practices.
• Keeping financial information private helps to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and employees while also ensuring the security of business operations.
• If you’ve used SAP, TMW, or TMT systems before, you’ll have an advantage.
• Create record-keeping and accounting systems using current computer technology, then apply, update, and document them.
• Strong labor skills are needed, including the ability to work long hours to finish a job.

Skills:

• There must be a good working connection between your staff, management, and customers.
• Understanding and analyzing intricate financial paperwork and reports is crucial.
• Policies and processes for government accounting should be known to you.
• A basic familiarity of accounting principles and procedures is a good idea.
• It’s essential that you have a firm grasp on the ins and outs of accounting software.
