Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3–5 years of overall experience, preferably in a large financial services organization, with at least 2 years in public accounting, is necessary, as well as a verifiable track record of progression, management, and business success.
• Examine the payment schedule and set payment dates.
• After matching all incoming files for processing, prepare voucher paperwork and route approvals to the appropriate departments.
• All vendor invoices are checked against purchase orders to confirm that the prices, terms, descriptions, and quantities, as well as any discounts and shipping costs, are correct.
• Prepare the essential papers, comprising all necessary information, to receive payment authorization from the department.
• Excellent technical knowledge of accounting and reporting in the financial services business, as well as accounting and finance subject matter competencies.
• For this position, you must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced problem-solving and management skills.
• Ability to enter data and search for it using accounting software. Payments, budget balances, purchase order data and balances, and vendor data are all included in the package.
• A suitable background, such as in accounting or office management.

Skills:

• Reconcile each vendor’s bills using the monthly statement.
• The candidate must review and manage the appropriate approvals in order to make the payment.
• Integrity is necessary, as are interpersonal skills.
• Excellent technical knowledge of financial services industry accounting and reporting, as well as accounting and finance subject matter capabilities.
• In writing and orally, you communicate and present well.
