Qualifications:

• Analyzing payments, reviewing documentation, and authorizing distribution within the conditions and limits provided for this position are all a part of this job’s responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Access is required.
• You’ll have an advantage if you’ve already worked with SAP, TMW, or TMT systems.
• Using current computer technology, design and implement record-keeping and accounting systems, update them, and document them.
• Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done
• All levels of management will need to be able to communicate successfully with you in writing and vocally.
• You should be a hard-working employee who refuses to be cheated out of money.
• accounting bachelor’s degree plus one to three years of relevant experience
• An Accountant’s duty is to analyze and synthesize data from many sources and keep an eye on the current market circumstances.
• Maintains customer, vendor, and employee confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of financial theories, concepts, and procedures is essential.
• A working knowledge of accounting software and computer systems is required.
• The ability to understand and identify complex financial data and reports is a prerequisite for working in the financial industry.
• A thorough understanding of government finances is critical.
• Employees, management, and the general public all need to be kept in the loop on the company’s progress.
