A Marketing Strategist is needed to join the centralized Audience Development team. You’ll be in charge of managing Domino and Saver’s email content calendars as well as writing all editorial and sponsored emails. You’ll need an editor’s eye for branding and voice, as well as a data-driven attitude to drive user growth and engagement, to be successful in this role. You’ll also need to be a great communicator and collaborator who can share performance insights and aid in operations with the content, sales, creative studio, and audience development teams.

Qualifications:

• Conduct content and competitor audits to give content optimization recommendations, such as UX strategy, SEO, content tagging, and classification, among other things.
• To maintain a solid online presence, create a content calendar for the school’s website and social media profiles, and distribute material via many channels.
• Maintain a wide grasp of branch operations to ensure that all rules and procedures are adhered to.
• Take charge of the company’s content marketing strategy’s progression of themes/topics and content creation.
• Identify key partner organizations, news sites, and policy groups that suit our strategy and brand in order to form collaborations with online communities.
• data-driven content creation and e-commerce/online payments/fraud studies.
• Test email templates, subject lines, send times, customized content recommendations, audience segmentation, and other variables to optimize email performance.
• Create and share content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, among other social media platforms.
• Monitor email performance, KPIs, and targets, and collaborate with the audience development team to give stakeholders with frequent reporting updates and insights (content, sales, and creative studio teams)
• Work with internal and external content authors, as well as subject matter experts, to meet deadlines and ensure that messaging is consistent, brief, and visually appealing.

Skills:

• It is also necessary to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as coaching and counselling abilities.
• Canva, WordPress CMS, and the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat) should all be included on your resume, along with Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing multiple accounts at the same time while paying attention to the small details. The ability to communicate well with clients and technical support to address client concerns.
• Due to the tight deadlines and large amount of work, prior experience/consistent performance in a deadline-driven atmosphere is necessary.
• By analyzing performance data and cooperating across departments, you’ll be able to assess the quantifiable impact of content and strategy decisions.
