Job Description

To support the company’s objective, the Customer Service Lead manages and executes existing customer service tasks and processes using new and/or established criteria. When possible, leads the implementation of Lean processes to help the department achieve its goal of exceeding our customers’ expectations. In collaboration with the Director of Customer Service, responsible for managing and maintaining department Work Instructions and process flows to provide fast and consistent replies to all customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Ensure first-contact resolution through good email handling and problem-solving.
  • Employ your expertise and training to deliver accurate responses to client queries while following all scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Products will be replaced or refunded.
  • Attend meetings and trainings to stay up to date on changes to the program’s knowledge, processes, and procedures, as well as to examine any new training materials.
  • Handle all inbound and outbound calls politely, promptly, and professionally.
  • Observe all privacy and personal information policies.
  • Customers should file complaints with the appropriate internal or external partners.
  • In the correct systems/spreadsheets, document and handle client claims appropriately.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all attendance and work schedule requirements.
  • Extend and upgrade a knowledge database that already exists.

Skills:

  • It should be possible to use Microsoft Office Suite and tools.
  • Must be self-motivated and capable of moving, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines on their own.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are required, as well as meticulous attention to detail.
  • It’s vital to have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a field closely linked to these fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or ecommerce-related discipline or sector is required.
